If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please send us an email support@thoya.ca. with a detailed description and your order number. 

A customer service representative will be in touch asap with a solution. 

The article must be returned within 30 days following purchase. We are unfortunately unable to accept empty or nearly empty tubes for refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of our error.

If your purchase was made through a distributor, clinic, or spa authorized by Thoya, we invite you to contact them directly to learn about their return policy.
